New in the portfolio: ATA Mg® (magnesium acetyl taurate)
We are newly adding ATA Mg® to the portfolio – a patented form of magnesium (magnesium N-acetyltaurinate) developed and registered by Synapharm S.A. (Belgium). The compound combines magnesium with acetyl taurine; thanks to acetylation it gains a lipophilic character that facilitates passage through cell membranes. It is characterised by high intestinal bioavailability and good digestive tolerance and is suitable for capsules, tablets, sachets and gummies.
Consumer health claims are governed by Reg. (EC) 1924/2006; for magnesium, only claims approved under Reg. (EU) 432/2012 may be used.
